Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a prominent Navaratna PSU under the Ministry of Defence and India’s premier professional Electronics Company, is conducting walk-in selections for ITI candidates seeking ONE Year Apprenticeship Training under the Apprenticeship Act 1961. The selections will take place at the Bengaluru Complex Unit for various SBUs. BEL is known for manufacturing cutting-edge Electronics Products and Systems for the Army, Navy, and Air Force, including Electronic Voting Machines, Telecom Products, and Ventilators.

- Candidate’s domicile must be from the Southern Region (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala & Pondicherry) only.
- ITI Candidates passed on or after 01.01.2019 are eligible for walk-in. Candidates pursuing the final semester or final year in ITI and awaiting results are not eligible. Candidates with any backlog in any year are also not eligible.
- Age Limit: Maximum Age Limit 21 years as of 01.12.2023 (Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWBD candidates).
- Standard of physical fitness as specified in Schedule II of Apprenticeship Rule 1992.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR VERIFICATION AT SELECTION CENTERS:
- SSLC Marks Card / 10th Marks card.
- Aadhar Card.
- ITI Original Marks Sheet and Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT)/State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT).
- SC/ST/OBC Certificates (if applicable).
FACILITIES PROVIDED TO APPRENTICES:
- Monthly Stipend of Rs.10,333/- for EP, Fitter, DMM, Machinist will be paid during the training period.
- Subsidized Canteen, Transport, and Accommodation (outstation candidates only) on a chargeable basis.
- Free OPD Medical at BEL hospital as per company norms.
- Group Personal Accident Insurance policy for a sum insured of ₹5,00,000/-.

- Candidates fulfilling the criteria can appear for selection at the CENTRE FOR LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT, JALAHALLI, BANGALORE-560013.
- No TA/DA will be provided to the candidates for attending the selection.
- Reservation for SC/ST/OBC candidates will be provided as per the Apprenticeship Act.
- The selected candidates’ list will be published on the BEL website at the earliest.
