I. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE (BEL):
1. Trainee Engineer – I
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or B.Sc Engg (4 years) in CSE/IS/IT with 55% for General/OBC/EWS and Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD.
- Experience: Not required for Trainee Engineer – I.
- Place of Posting: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
Consolidated Remuneration:
- 1st Year: Rs. 30,000/-
- 2nd Year: Rs. 35,000/-
- 3rd Year: Rs. 40,000/-
2. Project Engineer – I
- Qualification: B.E/B. Tech/B.Sc Engg (4 years) in (Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Telecommunication/Communication/Mechanical/Electrical/Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science/Information Science/Information Technology) with 55% for General/OBC/EWS and Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD.
- Experience: Minimum TWO years in Software Development/testing/System administration.
- Place of Posting: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
Consolidated Remuneration:
- 1st Year: Rs. 40,000/-
- 2nd Year: Rs. 45,000/-
- 3rd Year: Rs. 50,000/-
- 4th Year: Rs. 55,000/-

II. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
(a) NATIONALITY: Candidate must be a citizen of India.
(b) AGE (as on 01.12.2023):
- i. Post: Trainee Engineer – Maximum 28 years
- ii. Post: Project Engineer – Maximum 32 years
iii. Relaxation of upper age limit:
- Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe: 5 years
- Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) having minimum 40% disability: 10 years
- The upper age limit specified is applicable to General Category candidates.
(c) EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- Trainee Engineers: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg – 4 years) in CSE/IS/IT with 55% Marks for General, EWS & OBC candidates, Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates.
- Project Engineers: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg. – 4 years) in (Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Telecommunication/Communication/Mechanical/Electrical/Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science / Information Science/Information Technology) with 55% Marks for General/OBC/EWS and Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD candidates with mandatorily minimum TWO years experience in Software development/testing/System administration.
(d) EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates applying for Project Engineer positions must possess a minimum of TWO years hands-on Post Qualification Experience in Software Development/testing/System administration.
(e) MODE OF SELECTION:
- Selection will be through Walk-In Mode with a Written Test followed by an Interview.
