Nationality: A candidate applying for recruitment must be a citizen of India or a subject of Nepal, Bhutan, a Tibetan refugee, or a person of Indian origin with a certificate of eligibility.
Service Conditions: Selected candidates may be posted or transferred to any place in India as per the Company’s requirement. The minimum stay at the initial place of posting will be 5 years.
Probation: Candidates appointed in the Officers’ cadre shall be on probation for one year, extendable up to one year.
Guarantee Bond: Selected candidates will be required to give an undertaking to serve the Company for a minimum period of four years, including the probation period.
Emoluments & Benefits: Starting Basic pay: Rs. 50,925/-. Total emoluments will be approximately Rs. 85,000/- per month in Metropolitan Centres. Other benefits include Pension, Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance, etc.
Educational Qualification (as on 01.12.2023): Minimum qualifications required for various disciplines, including Doctors (MBBS), Legal, Finance, Actuarial, Information Technology, Automobile Engineering, Generalist Officers, and Hindi (Rajbhasha) Officers, are detailed in the official notification.
Age (as on 01.12.2023): Minimum Age: 21 years, Maximum Age: 30 years, with relaxations for various categories as per government guidelines.
