- Specialist Grade III (Biochemistry): MBBS, Post Graduation, M.D, M.Sc, D.Sc, Ph.D in Bio-Chemistry
- Specialist Grade III (Forensic Medicine): MBBS, Post Graduation, M.D in Forensic Medicine
- Specialist Grade III (Microbiology): MBBS, M.D in Microbiology, Bacteriology, Post Graduation, M.D, M.Sc, D.Sc, Ph.D in Medical Bacteriology
- Specialist Grade III (Pathology): MBBS, Post Graduation, M.D, D.Sc, Ph.D in Pathology
- Specialist Grade III (Plastic Surgery & Reconstructive Surgery): MBBS, Post Graduation, M.Ch in Plastic Surgery/Plastic & Constructive Surgery
