Level in Pay Matrix: Level 4 (₹25,500-81,100)

Classification of the Post: General Central Services Group ‘C’ (Non-Gazetted) Non-Ministerial

Eligibility Conditions for Officers of Central Government:

  1. Holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
  2. Minimum five years of regular service in level-3 (₹21,700-69,100) in the pay matrix; or
  3. Minimum eight years of regular service in level-2 (₹19,900-63,200) in the pay matrix.

Note 1: The period of deputation, including the period in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department, shall ordinarily not exceed three years.

Note 2: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as of the closing date of the receipt of applications.

Job Description: The Ministry of Home Affairs is seeking qualified and experienced individuals for the positions of Junior Reception Officer/Senior Reception Officer on a deputation basis. The selected candidates will contribute to the efficient functioning of the Reception Organization within the Secretariat Security Organization.
