| Qualification | (a) The applicant should possess an MBA ora Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from a recognised Institution or University; and (b) Should have ten years experience in Town/Urban Planning or in the management of land and property in relation to its legal, engineering and managerial aspects; and (c) Should be an officer from outside Railway administration working in Central Govt./State Govt. or Central/State Public Sector Unit or Åuthorities/Bodies having a minimum total service experience of 22 years in the respective organization serving in the pay Band of with Grade Pay of Rs.8,600/- or aboye in CDA scale or its equivalent in IDA or other scales and his cumulative evaluation of Annual Confidential Reports/APARs of last five years prior to meeting of the Search-cum-Selection Committee (SCSC) should not be less than 22 points. |
