| Qualification | Graduate in any stream from a recognized university/institute, Proficiency in English and Bengali language (proficiency in Bengali is required). Having computer knowledge. |
| Pay Scale | The Data Collector and Operators will be given a consolidated remuneration in the range of Rs.15,000/- to 30,000/- per month. |
| Age Limit | Preferably between 25 to 52 years. |
| Experience Requirements | The Data Collector and Operators are required to have experience in conducting field surveys and field data collection work, preferably 2-5 years. Preference shall be given to candidate residing at Kolkata or nearby |
| Job Responsibilities | The Data Collector and Operators duties and scope of work involve: a) Discussion with WUAs’ Secretary/ President and collect data on prescribed format. b) Data collection from 140-175 Farmers who are associated with WUAs c) Data Collection from similar number of Farmers who are not associated with WUA networks. d) Computation and Data Validation of Raw Data in Excel format. |
