| Experience Requirements | Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a reputed multinational or highly reputed national company, out of which at least 02 years shall be on managing a team of over 50 or more workers and other stakeholders, transport and logistics, coordination with local agencies. Experience of working with government bodies or agriculture projects will be preferred. |
| Desired Skills | Skills& Knowledge: Knowledge of Gujarati language is preferred (Verbal/Written) Local market knowledge and financial dynamics, leadership and relationship building skills. Proven success in expanding markets and establishing sustaining profitable client relationships. |
| Job Responsibilities | a. Responsible for smooth execution of existing institutional (primarily government) business by interacting with government officials at various levels, and other stakeholders. b. Develop new business opportunities and revenue streams by liaison with various government departments and vendor interactions. c. Lead and supervise various verticals within the Institutional Business team and other departments of GATL/GSFC for efficient execution of projects within approved cost and timeline and also ensure timely receivables from various agencies. d. Identifying and empanelling grass root machineries especially NGOs and encash the synergy for commercial viability of various projects. e. Develop effective vendor relations and manage an effective grievance redressal mechanism. f. Develop and critically reviewing project specific SoP for strict adherence. g. Powerful documentation skills – Project proposals, comprehensive project reports, correspondences with government bodies & stake holders. |
