| Experience Requirements | i. The candidate should have min. 04 years of post-qualification experience in Chemical Sales preferably Chloro Alkali products. He should be able to manage logistics, sales of products, statutory compliances and coordinating with dispatch for ensuring on time delivery. ii. He / She should be able to maintain effective relationship with customers, Channel Partners and region-wise dealer network. The candidate should be able to provide timely feedback and reports regarding performance, pricing, sales, & competitor activity. He / She will be responsible for taking the customer feedback & necessary actions. iii. He / She will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and resolve their issues in a timely manner. He / Should be able to achieve business results for customers, distributors and product line etc as per the business plan. iv. He /She will be responsible for achieving company’s sales goals for a given product and execution of the company business plan for the product. Candidate should have working experience in ERP / SAP environment. v. The candidate should have excellent written and persuasive verbal communication skills, commercial acumen & analytical ability. |

| General Instructions | 1. Recruitment for the advertised positions are for a long term contract 2. For Executive Trainees, initially all found suitable and competent would be offered a six-year contract. First year will be for on the job training. Upon review of performance of first year, if found satisfactory, the remaining five years of the contract period will be allowed to be completed 3. For all other positions, the suitable and competent candidate would be offered a 5-year contract 4. The contract shall be extendable for similar term on same or higher level based upon satisfactory performance and Management’s discretion 5. Candidates having experience in Heavy Chemicals / Fertilizers / Petrochemicals industries will be given preference. 6. Candidates should have full time qualification at required level in the respective discipline. 7. Canvassing in any manner may disqualify the applicant. 8.
