| Pay Scale | The Officers selected as Chief General Manager (Anti-Theft and Security) would be entitled to the pay & perquisites etc. in following manner: |
| Age Limit | No retired personnel appointed as CGM (Anti-Theft and Security), APDCL shall hold office after he/she attains the age of 65 years.Retired personnel applying to the post, should not be above 64 (sixty four) years as on 30/11/2020. |
| Experience Requirements | Serving /retired IPS officer in the rank of DIG and above. Working experience of not less than 10 (ten) years in Security matters. |

| General Instructions | 1. Candidates are advised to go through the detailed advertisement for filling up the prescribed application form. 2. No TA or DA will be admissible for the journey in connection with interview examination. 3. Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply. 4. Candidates should have proficiency in Assamese/Local language of Assam. 5. No retired personnel appointed as CGM (Anti-Theft and Security), APDCL shall hold office after he/she attains the age of 65 years. 6. Minimum tenure shall be for a period of one year and maximum tenure shall be three years. 7. Retired personnel applying to the post, should not be above 64 (sixty four) years as on 30/11/2020. 8. Candidature of a candidate is liable to be rejected at any stage of recruitment process or after recruitment or joining, if any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or is not found to be in conformity with eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement. |
